"Ink overflow cartridge full" message for Printer Xpress C1860fw

I cannot print. An error message says that the "toner overflow cartridge is full" and must be changed. I do not know what that is or how to access it and do not see any place to order a replacement. Please share any advice.  I deperately need to get my printer operational again. [Personal Information Removed]
