Hi @Noel24Lee,
Welcome to the HP forums! It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community. I understand you are having an issue while printing. I'll be really happy to assist you with this.
I would start by checking the installed printer software by downloading and running the HP Print and Scan Doctor. This tool can diagnose and fix many printing and printer software related issues. Please use this link to help you with that information: http://hp.care/2biN2XE
What program are you using to print? Does this happen with all programs you try to print from?
Please reply back to the message here. I'll be happy to help you with your concern.

I have the same problem as this person does, but they were able to fix their printer somehow. They didn't know how. I have already tried the scan doctor, uninstalled and reinstalled the software using the CD that came with my printer. I tried going into the control panel and selecting Office Jet Pro 8610 and doing a repair that way, but I still get the following error.....
PRINT PREVIEW ERROR - AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE PRINTING. I cannot print anything. This is happening all of a sudden. I discovered it when I recently went to print out a receipt in gmail. I tried printing a word document to see i it would print that, but I got a Microsoft Word message that said WINDOWS CANNOT PRINT DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH THE CURRENT PRINTER SETUP. I checked my printer and it says it is the DEFAULT PRINTER and READY TO PRINT. It does not show any pending documents. HELP ME!!!!!!

HI @bwest312,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums.
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More.
I see that you have already tried running the Print and Scan Doctor as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software and still having the same issue. I'll try my best to help you with this.
How is the printer connected? Is it (USB/Ethernet/Wireless).
Do you get any error message while printing?
Let's try these steps here:
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Restart the PC, and then install the full feature software, using this link (please choose the OS).
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

I can print in Windows mail program fine but just not while in a Browser? I use Fire Fox but also tried IE and Avast Safe Zone with same problem. If I copy and send the the page to windows mail it will print right out? I checked my printer and it says it is the DEFAULT PRINTER and READY TO PRINT. It does not show any pending documents. HELP ME!!!!!! Also.
