HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my mother-in-law an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e, which we set up around New Years (January 2024). It worked fine for several months, but around July started throwing a very unspecific error whenever she tries to print. "Printer Cannot Print"

Originally assumed that her 6 months of free ink had run out and she had been locked out. I renewed her subscription, but it did not resolve. I purchased her new Original HP ink (not provided by InstantInk) and it still does not resolve the issue.

I have the HP Smart app (but am not on her Wifi) it shows the printer as "unavailable". The HPSmart website shows this:

Can anyone suggest some potential causes and or trouble shooting I can do. She lives five hours from me and is not very technically savvy. I've tried rebooting the printer. I can't find any online info for this particular error. Thanks for any suggestions.
