Everything was working just fine until I updated the software. Now my printer is displaying a "Supply Problem" error and nothing will print. I removed, then reinstalled ink and rebooted the printer several times. Yes, I have aftermarket color ink, but the black is original HP. Again, everything was printing just fine for months. Also, all colors have "?" on the error display. If the black is HP, why does it also have an issue.  Please help, I am now working out of my home office, so this is my "work" printer.  Thanks for your help, Community!

I'd like to help!

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
