The error message I keep getting I typed on the subject line. I tried to correct the problem by unplugging the power cord from the printer and the power source, waiting 60 seconds and replugging. I also tried removing each ink cartridge one at a time and reinserting. The error message and code reappears.

Hi @befuddled67,
I'd like to help!
Please try the below suggestions-
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges
-
Open the door to access to the ink cartridges.
-
Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
-
Push the ink cartridge to remove it, and then push it into its slot until it snaps into place.
-
Repeat these steps for the other three ink cartridges.
-
Close the ink cartridge access door.

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
