I've been trying to connect to my campus wifi and this error message keeps coming up. I have no idea what it's supposed to mean and I can't find anything online. Is this an error I'm getting because the wifi won't allow me to connect or is there something I can do?
As an aside, I might be running a 32-bit OS, I can never remember.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Campus Wifi usually disables Print connection. You probably need to check with the campus administrator on allowing your printer to connect.
One suggestion is to use the phone as a Hot spot (note this will have data charges!)
This resource will show you how it's done:
How to connect to a hotspot to Print and Scan
Hope that helps!
