My printer is offline and I can not re-configure the SSID name.  I tried to delete the printer and re-install it to find the network but no luck.  I printed the wireless Network Test Report and the network name is incorrect.  I have done all I can to try and change the network on the printer but it is not working.  I made  stupid mistake and changed the network name on my app on the phone.  I did not think that it would affect everything that was connected to the network.

@Tygers14, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you would like to change the SSID of the wireless network, you have to do this from the router's EWS page. You may contact your internet service provider for assistance.

 

To know how to connect the printer to the wireless network using WPS method, refer to this document.
