HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer

I am getting an error message on my new HP Officejet 250 Mobile all-in-one Printer screen, telling me to remove and reinstall the black ink Cartridge. I have tried cleaning the contact points, resetting the printer, following the instruction from this forum.  I cannot use the printer as it is the black cartridge that is not working,  they are the setup cartridges that come with my printer, the colour one went in fine, but the black one will not connect!!
