I have the error message remove and reinstall cartridge, I have tried resetting the printer and cleaning contacts with no success, I have an instant ink contract

Which ink cartridge is defective?

after replacing both color and balck ink cartridges error was that they areeincompatible even tho they are hp cartridges. still didn't work, took both out and cleaned as instructed TWICE and still error message is to remove and reinstall. next step wasss to contact customer support
