We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you experience a rendering fail error when trying to print on your HP OfficeJet 8122e All-in-One printer while using Microsoft Windows 11, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Update Printer Drivers: Ensure you have the latest HP printer drivers installed. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

  • Go to the HP Support website.
  • Enter your printer model (HP OfficeJet 8122e) in the search bar.
  • Choose your operating system (Windows 11) and download the latest driver.

Check Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows 11 is up to date as Microsoft often releases updates that include fixes for printer-related issues.

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update.
  • Check for updates and install any available updates.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.

Check Printer Spooler Service:

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Locate Print Spooler in the list, right-click on it and select Restart.

Disable 'Use Printer Offline' Mode:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Select your printer, click on Open queue.
  • In the queue window, make sure Use Printer Offline is not checked.

Reinstall Printer:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Select your printer and click Remove device.
  • Add the printer again by clicking on Add a printer or scanner.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
