Hi, Several years ago I clearly have entered a user password AND an admin password in my printer (Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479dw). Unfortunately I lost both during relocation.

Now I can use the printer for printing & scanning (via PC), but I can't make copiues or enter the display.

Is there a way to give the printer a hard reset, so all is open and accessabel again?

Thanks for your input/thoughts/suggestions.
