Even if I have tried to disconnect wireless internet the printer continues to loop in service error 79. I cannot get to the start menu.

Hi Irvin. Thanks very much for trying to help.
Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. EVERY time I turn the printer on it loops into the "79 Service error Turn off then on". It never gets to the start menu.
I have tried to go through the mentioned steps - but I do not know what No 5 means: "If the issue persists, remove any installed DIMMS and retest."
Best rewards Anne

Ho @anneklbe,
I see that there is an issue with the pritner hardware and may need repair or replacement.
This issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.

Thanks for your answer. I followed the instructions - called the support team after having paid a small bill. The supporter tried to help by resetting the printer, but it did not succeed. Afterwards we started to prepare for transporting the printer to the recycling station. We took the paper tray out to remove the paper ....... and there was no paper! Wow. We put paper in the tray - turned the printer on - and it started and prints as normal. Fantastic. So - lack of paper was the problem 😆
