Hi @rajeshmalvi48,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The "59 error" on an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M132a printer typically indicates a problem with the internal motor or the printer's main motor. This error can prevent the printer from functioning correctly and may require some troubleshooting to resolve. The "communication error in device connection" could be related to the same issue or a separate problem with the connection between the printer and the device it is connected to (such as a computer).

To address these issues, you can try the following steps:

  • Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on. This can help reset the printer and clear any temporary issues.
  • Check Connections: Ensure that all the cables connecting the printer to your computer or network are securely plugged in. If you are using a USB connection, try using a different USB port on your computer. If it's a network-connected printer, make sure the network cables are connected correctly.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Outdated or corrupted printer drivers can sometimes cause communication errors. Visit the official HP website, locate the drivers and software section for your specific printer model, and download and install the latest drivers.
  • Check for Paper Jams: A paper jam inside the printer can cause errors. Open the printer's access panels and check for any paper jams. If you find any, carefully remove the jammed paper.
  • Perform a Factory Reset: If the issue persists, you can try performing a factory reset on the printer to reset all settings to their default values. The method for doing this can vary, so refer to the printer's user manual for instructions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
