I am using this printer 4929 since 2023 and everything works fine but when printing with the shcilestamp.com program it is so incredibly slow it's not even worth using. One page can take 6 full minutes to print. I can print anything else, from any other program or webpage, website and it is fast and completely normal.
I am not sure if it is a problem with the printer communicating with the shcilestamp.com or the other way around. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing , searched online for help and even contacted shcilestamp.com but cannot find out what is going on. Anyone have this problem or ideas on how to fix it? It's driving me nuts!
This website shcilestamp.com provides a separate proxy program to take prints from their website by the name "Print Control Proxy", without it we cannot print the page.

@rahull, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the website shcilestamp.com!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
For this issue, it seems like the specific problem is arising when using the program associated with the website shcilestamp.com. Unfortunately, without specific information about the program or direct support for it, it's challenging to determine the exact issue with the printer communication.
However, here are a few general troubleshooting steps that might help resolve the slow printing issue:
Check your Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer settings are optimized for the type of document you are printing. Sometimes, choosing high-quality settings can slow down printing.
Update Printer Drivers: Check if there are any updates available for your printer drivers. Updated drivers can improve compatibility and performance.
Network Connection: If your printer is networked, make sure the connection is stable. Slow network speeds or interference can affect printing speed.
Clear Print Queue: Sometimes a backlog of queued print jobs can slow down the printing process. Clear any stuck print jobs and retry.
Program Updates: Check if shcilestamp.com or the associated program has any updates or patches available that may address performance issues.
Try a Different Browser: If you're printing directly from a web application, try using a different browser to see if the issue persists. Some browsers handle print tasks differently than others.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
