You didn't spend three hours on the phone like I did today only to be told to pay $250. 00 for another **bleep**! i HAVE 4 FULL INK CARTRIDGES THE **bleep** WONT REFUND EITHER. I ALSO HAVE A BRAND-NEW HP DESKTOP THIS YEAR'S RELEASE THAT WILL GO BACK TO THE STORE FIRST THING MONDAY! SAD THAT IVE BEEN A LOYAL CONSUMER FOR MANY YEARS BUT NOT ANYMORE!
