Update Printer Drivers
Outdated or corrupted drivers may cause spooling issues. Check if there’s an update for your HP printer drivers:
- Visit the HP Support website.
- Search for the HP ENVY 5643 printer and download the latest drivers for your operating system.
- Install the updated drivers and restart your computer.
Check Printer Connection
Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer or network:
- If using a USB connection, make sure the cable is securely connected.
- If using a wireless connection, ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
Reset the Printer
If the issue persists, try resetting the printer to its default settings:
- On the printer’s control panel, press Setup (gear icon).
- Select Printer Maintenance or Restore Defaults (depending on your model).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the printer.
Try Printing from Another Program
Sometimes specific programs may cause issues with spooling. Try printing from another application to see if the issue is specific to one program.
Check for Software Conflicts
Some security software or firewalls may interfere with printing. Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software and try printing again.
I hope these steps help resolve the issue
