instant ink for HP ENVY 5660

i recived an email from HP a month ago telling me they are sending me a new Ink since my printer is running out.  (for the past couple of years this worked out fine, i always got my ink)

it has been a month since this email and no ink around, when i check my account on the Instant ink/hp connect site i can see the tracking number and it say the deliever status is that the ink has been delivered, yet i live here and there is only 1 mail box and i didnt get any ink. 

where is my ink?

And I have processed an order to ship you the ink cartridges at an express shipment for all the inconvenience.

 

Also, I have refreshed your account, from next time you should receive the ink cartridges on time.

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com”.

 

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please share us few details through a private message, So I can check the account details and ship you the replacement ink cartridges.
