Color Laser MFP 179 fwg

This is the problem:

The printer continues to initialize, appear on the display the following:

System Initialize - Warming up - Ready to Copy - Phone - System Initialize - and so on in a loop

It's not possible to turn it off.

Unplugging does not resolve the problem.

I read something about a factory-reset. But the how-to is not visible here, solution/help was always sent via PM.

The first thing you should try, and I apologize if you already tried this. Disconnect any network or USB cables from the printer and try to start the device with only power connected. The purpose here is to determine if a stale/corrupt print job is causing the issue or if there is indeed a hardware problem with the device.

I already have completely unplugged every cable and restarted the printer. Still same error.
