When connecting the power cable to the printer, 3 lights turn on instantly but always stay stuck on. The printer does not start, makes no sounds, and all buttons are non responsive, it stays stuck in this state with the 3 buttons illuminated.

 

 

 

Attempting to disconnect the power and waiting several minutes does not help.
