I am a HP ink subscriber. I received a replacement black cartridge. It installed fine. Printer works.
But the printer screen is stuck on the following message: HP Instant Ink Cartridge: (letter k) thank you for installing your HP instant Ink Cartridges. Don't forget to recycle your used cartridges. You can find info on how to recycle at
That's the end of the message. Pressing the OK does nothing. In fact, the display screen is stuck, no other options can be accessed. I've restarted the printer several times, plugged and unplugged it, to no effect. Same screen pops up. Any suggestions?

@bear1066, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer screen is stuck at this message. Kindly check the HP Smart app for notifications or options.
Unplug the power cable and hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds and release it. Power on the printer and check.
