Printing 5x7 cardstock with text created in MS word
Text prints at very top of card, regardless of location on page, margin, or selected orientation (top, middle, bottom)

MS Word is set to 5x7 paper, printer is set to 5x7 thick paper and have tried specialty matte paper

Solved - found another post that said change settings for printer on the computer.  Changed them on computer, although they had been changed on printer and that worked

I'm having the same issue, but my settings appear correct on both computer and printer.  Can you clarify exactly what you changed to allow correct printing?
