Product: HP Smart Tank 500 All-in-One

Hello, the HP smart tank 500 printer does not print borderless a4 format. He says that there was a conflict with some other application when I select the Enable Borderless printing button. Windows 10

It does support borderless printing up to A4 which apps do you use to print ? Please download and install  HP Universal Scan - Full Feature Software and Driver  :
