Recently clicking on the HPicon on my laptop only produces a strange page with an F type logo with an infornmation button which leads nowhere. How do I get back to normal?

There are many posts in the Community by this time.

 

Flash was permanently disabled 12-Jan-2021.

This causes the "startup" interface for the Solution Center software to fail when you try to open the program.

If you do not like, cannot use, will not use the recommended options,

Search around the Community for something that better suits your situation.
