Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

 

Operating system - Windows 10 x64 (version 2004). After my HP LaserJet Pro M201dw printer falls asleep, I can’t wake it up anymore: jobs do not print, a warning on USB devices about an incorrect device identifier is displayed in the Device Manager. I have to restart the printer or computer.
Drivers offered by HP are not installed (installation error). The drivers installed by the operating system are used.

 

Question: did someone encounter a similar problem? Are there any solutions?
