Our HP Deskjet 3755 will not print anything or connect to a network. The web services button is blinking and we have tried a bunch of stuff including hard resetting, etc.
Would love some help with it:)
Thanks!

@anonymous178, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Blinking Web Services Button on HP DeskJet 3755!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
A blinking Web Services button on your HP DeskJet 3755 indicates that Web Services is on but the printer is not connected to the Web Services server. Here are steps you can follow to resolve the issue:
Reconnecting Web Services using Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Load Plain White Paper: Make sure plain white paper is loaded in the paper input tray.
- Print Network Configuration Page:
- On the printer control panel, press the Wireless and Information buttons simultaneously.
- Find IP Address: Locate the IP address on the Network Configuration page.
- Access EWS:
- Enter the IP address into the address bar of your internet browser and press Enter.
- Setup Web Services:
- On the Home tab in EWS, click Web Services.
- Under Web Services Settings, click Setup, and then click Continue.
- Accept the terms and enable Web Services, then click Next.
Once Web Services is enabled, periodic printer updates through Web Services should resolve connectivity issues.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
