my printer touch screen stays white i have tried to do a hard reset but i am trying to set my printer up on my mac so that i can use it as my router has changed information and now my printer isn't connected. been trying to connect through USB but it wont let me do the test print it makes a ding then nothing.

Hello,
First, please restore the network settings to the default settings
- From the Home screen, touch Wireless icon (
), and then touch Settings.
- Touch Restore Network Settings. Press Yes or OK to confirm the restoration of the printer's wireless network settings.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. To reconnect your printer to your wireless network.
If the previous procedure is not possible, please follow the instructions below to reset your printer:
- On the front panel of the printer, click four times on the location of the back arrow
(the arrow being inactive).
- A hidden menu will appear, click Support menu.
- Scroll down to Reset Menu, and validate with OK.
- Scroll down to Semi-Full reset, and validate with OK.
- The printer will shut down, please restart it.
- Please reconfigure the printer.
