I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. For awhile now I have been unable to use the touchscreen on the display. When touching the commands on the display nothing happens.  Also the physical power button will not turn on the printer also. I have tried wireless, wired, turning everything off, including router and modem and computer. reinstalled and  nothing is working. I can get it to light up power button about 5 seconds when plugging back in, then it just turns off with the touchscreen lit up with logo but you can't do anything with it or the touch back arrow, help or home. And it is not going online either, SMH. when it was working it would sit in shutting down mode forever until I unplugged it and turned it on that way.
