Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

trying to print a return label from amazon. All of the information is not transferred to be printer. Amazon says all is ok with the email I received and that the problem lies within my printer and its connection. the troubleshooter does not recognize any issues. It prints the information that's visible on the printers page. But as stated before the info for the label does not transfer but the barcode for the backup if the label is damaged appears and prints ok. Anybody got a fix?

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
 

Instead of printing directly from the Email, please save the Email to your computer and then print the Label
