Unable to print Avery labels #11136 hanging folder labels using MacBook Pro 2012 and

HP MFP M29w? I will appreciate any help! I have spent 2 days trying!

@NANCY5419, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • What size labels are you using?
  • Make sure the printer supports it. You may refer to paper-handling section on the product specifications page.
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • If yes, then the issue could be with the Avery app or print settings on the app. You may have to contact Avery support for assistance.

The default print settings to print from your MAC can be found here.

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
