Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am currently in the last few days of my instant ink contract. However i am trying to print some docs using cartridges purchased from HP, but the do not work in my printer? I have inserted the original set up cartridges but the do not work also, in fact when i have inserted them the printer keeps asking me to insert set up cartridges , they are already there! The black set up cartridge is running low on ink.

 

Any ideas?

 

is it to do with my contract running out at 23:59 this coming Saturday night?

 

help would be appreciated.
