printer works fine when printing on hp paper but i have kodak paper and i can only get it to print 1 page

  • When did this issue start?
  • Did you do any hardware or software changes?

Meanwhile:

 

This issue could occur if the paper type settings are not correct.

 

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

 

You need to select "Other photo paper" in the paper type settings.
