The printer model HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 Series (2AF4F6) is having problems printing from any computer. It doesn't allow printing from any computer and displays a message on the printer screen saying that there is a problem with the HP account, and I'm unable to print until the issue is resolved. When I go to my account and try to finish the setup, I get the following error code: Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0410.Attached to this message are photos of the alerts that appear on both the computer and the printer for better clarification. I look forward to your response as soon as possible since we are unable to work with this printer.

Hi @will24242,
Thanks for sharing the details.
It seems like your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 Series printer is encountering an issue related to your HP account setup, which is preventing printing from any computer. The error code UA_400_EB000U0410 typically indicates an account-related problem, possibly due to incomplete setup or a communication issue between the printer and the HP server.
Here are steps to resolve this:
Check Internet Connection: Ensure that the printer is connected to a stable internet connection. Poor connectivity can cause issues with account verification.
Restart Devices:
- Power off your printer, computer, and router.
- Wait for about 30 seconds and then power them back on.
HP Account Verification:
- Visit the HP Smart website and log in to your HP account.
- Ensure that your printer is correctly listed and that there are no pending actions or alerts in your account settings.
Complete the Setup Again:
- On your computer, open the HP Smart app.
- Click on your printer and check if there is an option to complete the setup or resolve account issues.
- Follow the prompts carefully to complete any pending steps.
Reinstall HP Smart App:
- Uninstall the HP Smart app from your computer.
- Restart your computer.
- Reinstall the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store (for Windows) or Mac App Store (for macOS).
- Set up the printer again through the app.
Firmware Update:
- Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date.
- You can check for firmware updates via the HP Smart app or directly on the printer's settings menu under the 'Printer Maintenance' or 'Updates' section.
Reset HP Account on Printer:
- On the printer's control panel, go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore to Defaults.
- Reconnect the printer to your network and log in again with your HP account details.
If the issue persists, let's try a semi-ful reset.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
Keep me posted for further assistance
