Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just installed my printer on new laptop running win 11.  It prints ok, but when I activate viber, printer stops working - gives me offline error message.

 

Previously I had printer and viber installed on old laptop running win 10, and everything worked fine.

 

I tried reinstalling both the printer and viber but still unable to print.

 

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
