hp 4625 AIO

I have an AIO 4625 printer and have gotten stuck on the error 'Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer' error. I went through the troubleshooting steps on the support site but that did not help. am trying to get a resolution and would appreciate the instructions specific to this printer. Thank you for your help

I understand you do not have the setup ink cartridges. Setup ink cartridges are included with the printer.

Are you referring to a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4625 e-All-in-One Printer?

 

If yes, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer as there is no option to perform an OOB reset on this model printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Or, you may get it replaced from the place you bought it.

Ans -- actually printer was working with normal cartridges from day 1 

 

Are you referring to a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4625 e-All-in-One Printer?

Ans -- yes
