After changing the password for ID "admin" in EWS, I cannot log in.  I'm sure I've written down the correct password, but it doesn't work.

How to reset password?

I have had a few instances where the user accidently had the caps lock on when they created the password and did not realize it. The other thing to keep in mind is that the passwords maximum length is 16 characters and if you chose a password longer than that then you need to type in only the first 16 characters or it will not work.
