Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer
Keep getting "validating...please wait" message. Bought brand new cartridges this morning! HP brand through Amazon.
Things I have done-
turned it off
unplugged
unplugged and pressed on/off button
Took all the cartridges out and placed them back in.
Factory reset.
What is going on?! If I am told I need to buy a new printer, I want my money back for the brand new ink cartridges I just bought.
