I have an Officejet Pro 9025e. After installing a new black cartridge, I'm getting a Validating.....Please Wait, which does not go away. I tried a different cartridge. I also tried disconnecting the power from the printer & wall as well as plugging it into a different outlet directly. That didn't change the result. I then reinstalled the drivers, did a factory reset twice to no avail. What's going on. Is my printer now a brick? Any help would be appreciated.
