Product: HP DeskJet 2734e All-in-One Printer

HP desk jet 2734e all in one printer, the color ink cartridge that was included with the set up was faulty and didn't work. I bought a new one for the set up and now Walmart won't refund the 28 dollars I paid to purchase the color ink cartridge

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

Your issue lies with Walmart and their return/refunding policies, not HP.

 

In my experience, Amazon usually has a better return/refund policy.
