When I send a job to print, message at top reads "Please wait while HP ePrint completes previous print jobs" Green bar at top of screen keeps scrolling but nothing ever prints. This message continually pops up regardless of how many times I click "CANCEL"

Hi @miker70,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like your HP printer is stuck in a queue with a print job that’s preventing new jobs from processing. Here's how to resolve the issue.
Cancel the Pending Print Jobs:
- Go to Devices and Printers on your PC (or the Printers & Scanners section on a Mac).
- Right-click on your HP printer and select See what's printing.
- If there are any jobs in the queue, try to cancel them by selecting Cancel All Documents.
Restart the Printer and Computer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
- Restart your computer as well to ensure the print queue is cleared on both devices.
Clear the Print Queue from the Printer’s Control Panel:
- If your printer has a display, go to Settings or Queue Management options on the printer’s screen.
- Look for any stuck print jobs and try to clear them directly from the printer.
Disable HP ePrint Temporarily:
- Go to the HP ePrint settings on the printer’s control panel.
- Disable HP ePrint temporarily and try printing again. This can help bypass issues related to cloud printing.
Reset the Printer’s Network Settings:
- If you are using a wireless connection, reset the network settings on your printer (through the menu) and reconnect it to the network.
- This can help resolve issues if the printer is having trouble connecting to the network for ePrint.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Visit the HP support page and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer.
- Sometimes, firmware issues can cause print jobs to get stuck in the queue.
Check for Software Conflicts:
- Make sure no other software or apps (like a printer management app) are interfering with the printing process.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to reset the printer or reinstall the printer driver to fix any software-related problems.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
