I have a printer Envy 5055

never had an issue before

i print and it starts printing while also popping up an error that printer is busy….even though it’s the only thing I sent to the printer to print…I used to be able to send multiple jobs to print after the other was done and it would no problem. 

Now I try to print one thing and the error pops up and it allows me to print  for a moment because it gives me the option to hit continue then it eventually stops.
