Hp envy 4527
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My two month old hp envy 4527 was doing great until i changed the black print cartridge for the first time two days ago and now im getting lots of white horizontal lines. I've done a cartridge clean abd a print alignment but stiil got poor quality printing occurring. 

 

Please advise or provide an email or uk phone number to call otherwise I'll have to return it to the store and get a replacement  as i need good quality printed documents for a meeting tonight. Also having tried various ways to try and resolve the printing problem I've wasted 20 pages  from  my monthly page allowance - how do i get those added back?
