I have white line when is printing but is not because is dirty or is missing ink. Words are splitted like this:

Have all updates on time working very well with windows 10 and nothing issue on printer the this. I cleaned very well the printhead.

Try re-aligning the printer.

I have printed and after when said to scan it is not working, doesn't recognise file.

No no wait, you have to set up the printer to "alignment mode" (you do this in the smart software) and it will print the alignment page, and then scan the alignment page (via the color or black copy button(s) ) when it tells you to.

 

You can find it in Printer Settings > Tools > Print Quality Tools and finally Alignment.

Hi, I did how you said and is same. My color doesn't work is not asking me how to print color or black. Cartridge are new and full. I did clean on printhead so many times.
