It would appear that you have a combination of a bad cartridge and possibly a failed transfer belt or the waste toner hopper on one of the cartridges  is overfilled.  Based on the cyan defects on your sample at least the cyan cartridge has failed, possibly more.

if i take out the cyan cartridge,  and swip everithing will i be able to print in black wihtout blue line?

DO NOT USE ISOPROPYL, it will caused toner to bond to surfaces. You cannot print without the cyan cartridge installed, I cannot state definitively that you will be able to print because it depends on what is causing the toner leak in the cyan cartridge. A bad drum seal may well continue to leak even if you are not printing cyan as the drums do rotate. The condition of  your transfer belt suggests more problems than just the cyan cartridge.
