Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

Every time i try to print something on my hp desk jet 3700 series it does not take in paper loaded into it and will make a grinding sound coming from the back. it will also make a grinding sound randomly. it will give a no paper loaded error. there is no paper jam. also have run the   HP scan and print doctor and found nothing. please help me resolve this issue or tell me that it is not worth fixing. thanks!
