So This printer has been a problem since day one two years ago. I use to print a lot of address labels with designs that I sell online. Well this printer will not print address labels without the paper shifting so much that by the time it got to the last labels the graphics were completely off the label. I tried every fix mention and it said basically that the paper just shifts. So I gave up that part of my business.

Next I print on 110lb card stock all the time. No problems with my old hp's going back to 10 years. THIS 8710 is crazy. I have a design on the screen in MS publisher and what's been happening randomly is it will SOUND LIKE ITS PRINTING but its not picking up the paper then it only prints 1/3 of the page. Last night i went through 20 sheets of paper trying to get it to print. There is ink all on the back of the paper  an it just wont print the full page

I did all the maintenance and even rebooted and cleaned the rollers.. I'm just going to get a new printer this in not worth the headache.

this only happens with printing from publisher using card stock,
