Hi @lsranch1

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The blinking blue light on your HP Envy 6155e printer typically indicates an issue with the wireless connection.

Here are some steps to address it:

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. If the connection was interrupted, you may need to reconnect it using the Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer's control panel.

Restart Devices:

  • Turn off your printer, router, and computer. Wait for about 60 seconds, then turn them back on in this order: router, printer, and computer.

Re-enable Wireless Setup Mode:

  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer for about 5 seconds until the blue light starts blinking. This puts the printer back into setup mode.

Use the HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Visit the HP Support website to ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. Updating the firmware can resolve connectivity issues.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
