Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sitting there enjoying coffee early AM and Wife prints something.  After her job printed, the printer spewed out two copies of the HP network configuration page.  Not the first time this has printed randomly.  Would appreciate any ideas on what is causing this.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Are you facing this issue after an update?

Any hardware changes made on the printer or connectivity?

 

Update the firmware for the printer using this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-7640-e-all-in-one-printer-series/6617267/document/c0291...

 

Restart the printer.

HP Print and Scan Doctor is a free tool for Windows to help resolve common printing and scanning problems, such as missing or corrupt print drivers, connectivity issues, firewall issues, scan error messages, printer offline, and print jobs stuck in the print queue.
