Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I"m ready to throw this printer in the trash and buy something you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to hook up.   I had trouble with it when we bought it and spent 1 1/2 hour or more in chat and on the phone trying to set it up.  We've moved now and having the same issue and now can't even find the help I need.
