HP  4632 all in one printer will not print my turbotax pdf files.

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

  • Do you get any error when you try to print?
  • Are you able to print other documents?

Let's try these:

  • Instead of printing directly from 'Turbo Tax', try to download the document on your PC in PDF format and then try to print.
  • Try updating the Turbo Tax software.

hi, no error messages, will print other doc's. I believe problem has something to do( w/ app that controls printing)popsup in print  dialog box:Officejet4632all in one printer(Iupdated to latest drivers) STILL will not print TT files.can use more help!
