Glad to hear I'm not the only one experiencing this problem... won't print black on my HP Photosmart 6525. Cleaned printheads twenty + times, Purchased new ink... still no black. Changed settings from "Normal" to "Best" and now produces a faded looking print. PLEASE HELP ASAP... I don't have time to mess around.

If the issue persists after cleaning the Printhead and replacing the cartridges, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

this sucks - I would prefer to TALK TO A PERSON
I've been messing around with the virtual chat and all the printheads and alignments... bought new cartridges etc. I'm going to buy a new printer and it won't be an HP because of the customer service.

I've been away for a week, came home and still trying to figure out this NO Black Ink issue.. I tried contacting support like you suggest and the first thing I see is EXPIRED. What a coincidence!!! Expired a day or two after I posted my concern. Do you want to help or am I shopping for a new printer?
